France – Television services – Concession valant convention d'Autorisation d'Occupation temporaire du domaine public pour la mise à disposition d'abonnements de télévision, de téléphone, d'accès à internet et de services associés pour les patients et résidents du GHT Nord Comté

The GHT Nord Franche Comté is composed of the Hôpital Nord Franche Comté (HNFC) and its annexes as the supporting establishment and the CHSLD Le Chênois as the partner establishment. The consultation concerns all sites of the GHT Nord Franche Comté and the provisions of the tender specifications. The duration of the contract is 8 years firm from the date of commencement of operation by the contractor. This is a service concession contract, as defined in Articles L.1121-1 and L. 1121-3 of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with Article L. 3132-1 of the Public Procurement Code, "when the concession contract involves occupation of public domain, it constitutes authorisation for occupation of this domain for its duration."
