3.1. The subject of the contract is the supply, installation, configuration and implementation of 2 units of matrices along with software for the needs of expanding the MRPiPS data processing centres.

3.2. Detailed information regarding the description of the subject, scope and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the Draft Contract Terms (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, together with the annexes, in particular the Technical Specification, constituting Annex No. 1 to the PPU.

3.3. Pursuant to Article 16b(2) of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies that switches offered from third countries that are not parties to the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA), nor other international agreements guaranteeing, on the basis of reciprocity and equality, access to the public procurement market, of which the European Union is a party, are not permitted in this procedure.
