Belgium – Medical consumables – Raamovereenkomst voor elektrische borstkolven en accessoires

This contract has as its subject: ZAS wishes to appoint a single supplier for all departments that use electrical breast pumps, for the purchase of the devices and the related consumable materials. The supplier will provide training for the relevant nursing departments and deliver all necessary electrical breast pumps, including stand and, if applicable, a software package. Maintenance and any service contracts are the subject of a mandatory option, which must be included and elaborated on by tenderers in their bid in accordance with the conditions specified in this tender. In addition, ZAS can purchase the related breast pump sets and other necessary consumable materials from the same supplier. The breast pumps and accessories must be commercially available on the Belgian market at the time of publication of this framework agreement.
