This notice is the result of an architecture and engineering competition on Outline +. The present construction consultation concerns the construction of a tennis and multisport hall within the Omblais sports complex in Betton. This new facility has an estimated area of 2,892 square meters. It will be equipped with four tennis courts, two of which can be shared, and a conviviality space. The portion of the estimated financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority is 3,000,000 euros excluding tax (June 2025 value), which does not include the installation of photovoltaic panels, which will be carried out by an external operator. The purpose of the competition was to select one or more winners for the award of a contract without publicity or competition for the design mission of the said facility, which will include a basic mission and additional missions.
