The Buyer creates a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of chemicals and consumables. The Buyer specifies the product categories and characteristics for which it intends to establish the DPS in the invitation BT-24 (II.2.4.) and in the procurement documents. Pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the Buyer makes the specific technical description and contractual terms for the concrete procurement to be implemented in the DPS available simultaneously with the dispatch of the invitation to tender.
