The contract relates to the project “Development Rathausquartier Hückelhoven”. A TU/TÜ is sought for the “Stadtbaustein 1”. This concerns the police building with a basement garage part and commercial areas. The police building consists of two intertwined structures with three and five storeys and a shared basement. The building combines the functions of a police station and commercially used areas in a single structure. The police station has a gross floor area (GFA) of 3,674 m² and a net usable area (NUA) of 2,948 m². The commercial areas have a GFA of 1,989 m² and a NUA of 1,712 m². The entire basement garage has a GFA of 6,350 m² and a NUA of 5,314 m². The services are to be provided by a General Contractor/Design and Build Contractor (TU/TÜ). A negotiated procedure with prior qualification will be conducted in accordance with GWB and VgV in conjunction with VOB/A EU. In addition to the construction services, planning services from the disciplines of building design LPH 5 and building services engineering LPH 5 (all plant groups) are to be provided. The planning results of the structural design, fire protection and building physics will be made available to the bidder as part of the procedure for calculation.
