Slovenia – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Projektiranje večstanovanjskih stavb z javnimi najemnimi stanovanji, podzemno garažo in zunanjo ureditvijo »Tezno« v Mariboru – faze IDZ, DPP, DGD in DZR

The subject of the investment is the implementation of a planned multi-family residential building with public rental housing, an underground garage, outdoor layout, traffic arrangements, parking areas, connections to the public utility infrastructure, and accompanying common, technical, and ancillary spaces in the area of Tezna in the City Municipality of Maribor. The construction of approximately 46 to 50 residential units, intended for the provision of public rental housing, is planned, along with all the necessary arrangements that are required for the functional, legal, technically compliant, and rational implementation of the investment. The purpose of the investment is to obtain high-quality, functional, energy-efficient, sustainable, and long-term rational public rental housing, designed in a way that enables economical construction, effective maintenance, appropriate quality of living, and the implementation of the investment in accordance with the mandatory requirements of green public procurement, especially regarding the efficient use of energy, the use of renewable energy sources, sustainable materials, and the use of wood or wood-based products as a sustainable building material. The project documentation includes: • IDZ – conceptual design, • DPP – project documentation for obtaining project and other conditions, • DGD – project documentation for obtaining opinions and building permits, • DZR – documentation for the preparation of the technical task or project assignment for the further procedure of public procurement for the preparation of PZI project documentation and the implementation of construction under the principle of "design and build" or "Design & Build". The project documentation must be prepared in accordance with the valid construction, spatial, and other relevant legislation, valid regulations, spatial acts, regulations in the field of green public procurement, and other valid regulations, technical guidelines, standards, and rules of the profession.
