The subject of the contract is the insurance coverage for the City Council of Terrassa in relation to material damage to its property. Specifically, the subject of the contract is the procurement, by the City Council as the policyholder, of an All-Risk insurance policy that guarantees the loss or material damage that may be suffered by the movable and immovable property that make up the municipal property, as a consequence of any of the risks foreseen in the Technical Prescription Document (PPT).
