50Hertz Offshore GmbH is constructing the "Rostock Offshore Quartier (ROQ)" at the Rostock-Warnemünde site as the central operational, administrative, and logistics hub for the planning, control, monitoring, and supply of offshore grid systems in the Baltic Sea. The construction project includes the erection of an administrative building with an integrated garage, a warehouse with associated social, technical, and logistics areas, as well as the creation of all external facilities, traffic areas, access facilities, and technical infrastructures. The site will assume central tasks of operating, maintaining, and supplying 50Hertz's offshore grid connections in the future. Accordingly, there are increased requirements for operational safety, availability, safety technology, durability, and the long-term functional flexibility of the buildings. The tender is based on the planning documents of the performance phases 2 to 5, including all specialist planning, calculations, evidence, concepts, facilities, and detailed planning. All services are to be carried out so that a complete, functional, approvable, operational, and flawless overall project is created.
