The subject of the contract is the supply of a high-voltage generator for the powder X-ray diffractometer Malvern Panalytical X'Pert Pro owned by the Contracting Authority for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław, on the principles and to the extent specified in the contract project, in the annexes to the contract project and in the SWZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of implementation is contained in the contract project together with the annexes (including a detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1 to the Contract Project), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The warranty period for the entire equipment: 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.
