Netherlands – Geotechnical engineering services – DAS Geotechnische Onderzoeken en Adviesdiensten

This procedure is conducted in accordance with Articles 2.48 to 2.50 of the Public Procurement Act 2012 (hereinafter: AW 2012). The contracting authority intends to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to award further orders for Geotechnical Investigations and Advisory Services for its activities in a simple and fast manner with an estimated order value greater than € 50,000, excl. VAT. Further orders below this threshold can be awarded by the contracting authority outside the DPS through negotiated procedures, in accordance with its procurement and tendering policy. For this DPS, over the total maximum duration (12 years), a maximum contract value of € 6,500,000, x uncertainty factor* 1.5 = € 9,750,000, (excl. VAT) is assumed. *Uncertainty factor: the contracting authority chooses an uncertainty factor of 1.5 above the estimate of the order. The contracting authority considers this factor justified in view of the current economic conditions, the duration of the DPS and the possible High Water Protection Projects (HWBP).
