Germany – Architectural and related services – Sanierung Pestalozzi-Schule Gerlingen

The City of Gerlingen intends to carry out the renovation of the Pestalozzi-Schule. The buildings from the 1940s/1950s have a significant need for renovation. This concerns, among other things, energy and fire safety renovation, renewal of building services – sanitary/electrical – as well as the expansion of the digital infrastructure. In addition to these substantial measures, a spatial development towards a modern all-day school is to take place. In this context, development is to take place within the existing structure and no new building or extension is to be created.
