Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2024-11

The statutory health insurers (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot is determined by the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts according to § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations or dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The subject of the contract are - unless the contract provides for exceptions - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting partner according to the framework agreement on the supply of medicinal products according to § 129 paragraph 2 SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The statutory health insurers do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, beginning at the earliest on 01.11.2024 (possibly different start times result from the information for the corresponding lot). The contract ends at the latest on 31.10.2026 (possible exceptions result from the information for the corresponding lot), regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
