Poland – Environmental engineering consultancy services – Ekspertyzy entomologiczne na potrzeby projektu PZO3 – część 4 – Góry Stołowe (PLH020004)

The order covers the execution in 2027 of entomological field surveys in the Natura 2000 area of the Table Mountains (PLH020004) outside the area of the Table Mountains National Park and the preparation of inventory documentation as part of the implementation of the project entitled "Updating of protective task plans for Natura 2000 areas along with the conduct of monitoring", in particular: 1) preparation of a schedule of field works; 2) execution in the field of entomological inventory; 3) conducting an assessment of the conservation status of the species studied; 4) preparation of inventory documentation: a) observation cards with consideration of: • actual and reference assessment of the conservation status of the species studied, • existing and potential threats, • protective actions, including monitoring; b) negative observation cards (if applicable); c) summary of studies; d) spatial data in the form of digital information layers (GIS); e) photographic documentation of the species studied; 5) participation in a maximum of two meetings of the Local Cooperation Team; 6) preparation of an application for the introduction of changes in the Standard Data Form (SDF) of the area along with a proposal for the changed SDF. 2. The subject of the order is not divided into partial tasks. 3. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the specification. 4. The ordering party foresees the need to transfer intellectual property rights to the executed subject of the order. A detailed description of the contractual conditions is included in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the specification.
