1. The subject of the contract is the Expansion of the high-performance cluster server infrastructure. 2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority is to be supplied with 1 server with hard drives, equipment that will be the equipment of the servers owned by the Contracting Authority (network cards, fibre optic inserts, fibre optic cables, RAM), as well as access licenses for Active Directory services and access licenses for enterprise channel repositories for server virtualisation software. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Clause regarding the invalidation of the procedure. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the procedure for the award of the contract if the public funds which it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
