Construction of a four-storey parking garage adapted for approximately 700-800 vehicles, of which 300 spaces shall be for electric vehicles and 300 spaces shall be prepared for electric vehicles. These spaces shall be distributed on floors 1-3. Electric vehicle charging shall not be present on the top floor. In addition to electric vehicle charging, there shall be 10 charging spaces for motorcycles. Outside the garage, adjacent to the entrance, there shall be space for approximately 200 bicycle parking spaces. The building shall be constructed in prefabricated concrete with a facade cladding of laminated wood. Area affected by works: ca. 12,500 m2. Footprint of building: ca. 6,000 m2. Hardened area (Roads): ca. 3,000 m2. Green areas (ditches etc.): ca. 3,200 m2.
