Description

The general objective of the framework agreements is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for equipment for meeting rooms (sub-contract 1) and interrogation rooms (sub-contract 2). The framework agreements shall ensure standardisation, operational security and future orientated systems. At the same time, the framework agreements shall allow the Customer to have a good overview of existing meeting room and interrogation room equipment, including facilitating the preparation of efficient ordering routines. The tenderer shall act as a consultant for the Customer in such a way that the Customer is able to make the best possible choice when entering into contract award under the two framework agreements. This includes i.a.: • Provide procurement advice by analysing your need, finding improvement options and suggesting systems and services that cover the need. • provide consultancy services for lowering risks related to safety, environment and ethical trade. • keep the Customer updated on the technology development. The framework agreements are not intended to cover the need for meeting room and interrogation room equipment covered by the Security Act chapter 9.
