Sweden – Construction work – Ramavtal anläggningsentreprenadarbeten

The framework agreement covers recurring planned and unplanned civil engineering and construction services within Mörbylånga Municipality. The contracts may include, among other things, earthworks and excavation, VA works, road and street construction, pedestrian and cycle paths, park and landscaping works, stormwater systems, pump stations, retaining walls, conduit and cable trenches, emergency operational measures, and minor construction-related earthworks. Contracts may involve execution contracting according to AB 04 or general contracting according to ABT 06 and may be organised as general contracting, coordinated general contracting, or divided contracting. The framework agreement is intended to be signed with three (3) suppliers. Entitled to call off are Mörbylånga kommun, organisation number 212000-0704; Mörbylånga Kommunbolag AB, organisation number 559542-1735; Mörbylånga Bostads AB, organisation number 556528-7629; Mörbylånga Fastighets AB, organisation number 556186-5667; MB Förvaltning och Service AB, organisation number 559542-1693; MB Solstrimman AB, organisation number 559378-1759; and Mörbylånga Parkerings AB, organisation number 559103-2460. Call-offs are made according to a fixed order when the estimated total value of the contract amounts to a maximum of 10,000,000 Swedish kronor excluding VAT and at least seventy (70) percent of the estimated value can be calculated with the framework agreement's competitively tendered prices and compensation rules. Renewed competitive tendering is used when the value exceeds 10,000,000 Swedish kronor excluding VAT or when less than seventy (70) percent can be calculated with the competitively tendered prices and compensation rules. The framework agreement is not exclusive and no volume is guaranteed. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is approximately 450,000,000 Swedish kronor excluding VAT and the total maximum value is 700,000,000 Swedish kronor excluding VAT.
