**Phase 1 - Invitation to Express Interest for the selection of up to three Bidders for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement, for the implementation of the project «Study, Supply of Equipment & Installation (turnkey project) of eleven 150kV Substations and two STATCOM units for the Interconnection of Northeastern (hereinafter «NE») Aegean, Dodecanese and Cyclades with the Hellenic Interconnected System» of four-year duration, through a negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition, with the award criterion being the most economically advantageous tender, based exclusively on the lowest price and use of electronic auction.**
