France – Refurbishment of run-down buildings – Travaux de bâtiment en marchés séparés nécessaires à la réhabilitation Technique et Thermique de 288 logements collectifs - 2,4,6,8,10 et 12 rue Léon Lemaire, 2 et 4 Rue Gustave Cantelon à SAINT-QUENTIN

Procedure launched in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2123-1 1°, R.2123-4 and R.2123-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The works are divided into separate trades and are the subject of a single tranche. The works take place on an occupied site. In accordance with Article L.2112-2 of the CCP, all lots include an economic activity insertion scheme. Free variants (at the initiative of the candidate) constituting an alternative of any kind to the tender dossier, as well as those constituting an additional service, are prohibited. The dossier does not include any variant or additional service at the initiative of the Project Owner. The contracts are concluded at Mixed Prices, a majoritary lump sum and a minoritary part of the services at unit prices (which will be ordered by purchase orders). The unit price part is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum per lot. Prices are reviewable according to the provisions of the CCAP. Estimated start date of works: December 2026. Estimated duration of works: 24 months (including 1 month of preparation).
