The contract consists of the joint procurement of the drafting of projects and execution of the construction works of 118 affordable rental homes on plot R3 of Huerta Molino de Ceuta. The action meets a priority public need, is integrated into the competencies and objectives of EMVICESA, has a prior preliminary project, presents a technical and functional link that justifies the joint procurement and the non-division into lots, and has an economic, temporal and procedural configuration adequate to its object. The object of the contract comprises two functionally linked services: the drafting of the basic project, execution project and other projects, studies and technical documents necessary to define, authorise, contract, execute and legalise the promotion. The complete execution of the works defined in the project that results supervised and approved, including demolition, construction, structures, installations, urbanisation, connections, tests, commissioning, final documentation and delivery of the promotion.
