DSB is offering a contract for the delivery of a service centre with an option for internal service and reception to DSB's headquarters. The service centre in DSB Ejendomme is the central entry point for all property management-related inquiries across stations, buildings and other facilities. The centre ensures that all tasks are correctly visited, registered and channelled, so that the operation is effective and transparent for all parties involved. Internal Service supports the daily operation of DSB’s headquarters by handling a range of practical and administrative service tasks, ensuring that the building functions effectively in relation to post, access, craftsmen, bicycles, flagging and welcoming new employees. Reception must ensure a professional and friendly reception of guests, craftsmen and employees in DSB’s headquarters, as well as support the building with practical service and coordination tasks.
