Poland – Medical equipments – Doposażenie Bloku Operacyjnego wraz ze sterylizatornią WSS w Czerwonej Górze w specjalistyczny sprzęt medyczny - cz. IV

The subject of the contract is the purchase of specialist equipment and medical devices in the form of: Urological operating table - 1 unit. The equipment of the Operating Block along with the sterilizer of the Wojewódzki Szpital Specjalistyczny in Czerwona Góra in specialist medical equipment was co-financed from the budget of the Samorząd Województwa Świętokrzyskiego, in accordance with Agreement No. 14/D/00029/2026 on the grant for "Equipment of the Operating Block along with the sterilizer of WSS in Czerwona Góra in specialist medical equipment - task name: Investments in health protection." In accordance with the provisions of Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
