Bulgaria – Construction-site supervision services – „Оценка на съответствието на инвестиционни проекти и упражняване на строителен надзор на основен ремонт на улици и участъци на улици”

The subject of the present contract is the selection of a consultant in accordance with Article 166 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA) for the assessment of the compliance of investment projects and the exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of the works, planned for execution in the investment programme of Dobrich Municipality for 2026. The works, subject to the consultancy service, are major repairs to 45 streets/street sections in 32 settlements, Category IV, in accordance with Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 4, Letter "a" of the SDA, and one object for paving and water supply, Category III, in accordance with Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 3, Letter "b" of the SDA. For the specified works, as part of the present public procurement, comprehensive reports will be prepared for the assessment of the compliance of the investment projects with the aim of issuing building permits. In the execution of the contract, construction supervision of the specified works will be exercised and actions will be taken for their commissioning.
