Gluten and lactose-free baguette with grilled vegetables 400 units

Gluten and lactose-free baguette with turkey and cheese 400 units

Rye roll with eggplant cream 400 units

Ciabatta with BBQ tofu 400 units

The list of products to be procured is included in the Commercial price list. The specified quantities are indicative and show the quantitative ratio of the products to each other, and have been included for the purpose of comparability of the offers. The accounting (invoicing) will be based on the quantities actually ordered/delivered during the validity of the framework agreement, based on the unit prices given by the winning bidder, up to the specified framework amount. The contracting authority undertakes to call off 70% of the available framework amount. The products to be procured and their characteristics are included in the technical specification and the commercial table (Excel table) issued as part of it. The offer price must include all incidental costs arising until the delivery of the products at the place of performance (procurement, packaging, handling fee, transport, etc.). The winning bidder may not charge additional incidental costs above the net offer unit price. For the purpose of clearly and unambiguously defining the subject of the procurement, the contracting authority includes a reference to the specified make, origin and type in the commercial price list. According to the 46.§ (3) of the 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree, the designation was made only for the purpose of unambiguously defining the nature of the subject matter, and the contracting authority will also accept an equivalent, original, and type product. The assessment of equivalence is made on the basis of the conditions prescribed for the given product. The contracting authority will conduct a conditional procedure pursuant to Kbt. 53.§ (5). According to point 1 of the 1148/2026. (V.14.) Government Decree on the determination of the individual competencies of the ministers of finance, new commitments exceeding 250 million forints may only be made with the prior consent of the minister of finance for the budget chapters and central budgetary organisations under the direction of the government. The condition for the entry into force of the contracts to be concluded as a result of the procedure is the existence of the minister of finance's permit.
