Netherlands – Repair and maintenance services – Heraanbesteding Vervanging Verlichting Centrum-Parkeergarage Etten-Leur

The municipality of Etten-Leur has an underground car park with a capacity of 1,000 parking spaces in the centre of Etten-Leur. The municipality intends to replace the existing lighting with LED lighting, partially extend it where necessary, and have a corresponding multi-year maintenance plan drawn up. During the execution of the works, the car park will remain in use. It is therefore important that safety and nuisance are kept to a minimum. By applying LED fixtures, the municipality contributes to the energy-saving targets to be achieved. This replacement also increases visibility in the car park. The works mainly consist of:

- The delivery and replacement of all existing fixtures with LED lighting;

- The extension of the existing lighting installation according to the enclosed lighting plan;

- The installation of a control installation/panel;

- The delivery of the lighting installation ready for operation;

- The delivery of inspection data;

- The drawing up of a multi-year maintenance plan (15 years) for the LED lighting.

For the execution, the existing infrastructure must be used. The exception to this is the extension of the existing lighting installation according to the lighting plan. The following quantities apply: According to the Price List with quantities (Appendix a), it concerns the delivery and installation of a total of 1,310 fixtures.
