Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Mielec w roku 2027.

The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, maintenance of tourist infrastructure as well as seed and nursery, to be carried out in the area of the Mielec Forest District in 2027. The detailed scope of the works is contained in the contract documents (Specification of Contract Conditions and its annexes). The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and logging, maintenance of tourist infrastructure as well as seed and nursery resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The material scopes listed in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 are of an estimated nature. The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The description of the procedure for carrying out the acceptance of forestry works is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
