Slovakia – Services incidental to logging – Lesnícke služby v ťažbovom procese na organizačnej zložke OZ Vihorlat na obdobie 2027 - 2030

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the logging process. Forestry services represent a process including the felling of trees, the concentration of wood at the loading site, and the handling of wood at the loading site. This is a professional activity focused on sustainable forest management in such a way and to such an extent that their biological diversity, resilience, productive and regenerative capacity, longevity, and ability to fulfil the functions of forests are maintained. It is differentiated forest management, in which various natural, silvicultural, economic, and social conditions and requirements are taken into account, applied in the preparation and implementation of the forest care programme and procedures according to specific regulations for the removal of the consequences of extraordinary circumstances and unforeseen damage to forests.
