The contracting authority has identified 4 zones within the municipality of Piatra Neamț: Str. Unirii (I), Bv. General Nicolae Dascalescu (II), Str. Ion Ionescu de la Brad (III), Str. Aleea Buciu (IV), where it is intended to equip play areas to high-quality standards, combining both outdoor play and the psycho-motor development of children through recreational activities. The delivery term is a maximum of 70 and a minimum of 40 calendar days from the date of issuance of the delivery order. A product is considered delivered when all activities within the contract have been completed and the product/equipment is installed, functioning to the agreed parameters and accepted by the contracting authority/body. Each product will be accompanied by documents in accordance with the current legislation. The contractor is responsible for the on-time delivery of the products and their installation and will not invoke any reason for delay or additional costs.
