Project A070 Juraleitung (Raitersaich - Altheim) The Juraleitung (A070) is a replacement new-build of a 220-kV extra-high-voltage line, which runs from the substation Raitersaich via Ludersheim, Sittling and Rottenburg to the substation Altheim. As part of the project, the section Ludersheim–Altheim will be replaced by a new 380-kV line, while the continuation to Austria is dealt with in project A040. The replacement new-build is necessary due to the age of the existing line and the increasing demand for transmission capacity in the context of the energy transition and the shutdown of nuclear power plants in Bavaria.

Subject of the tender

The present tender includes institutional safeguarding – habitat-optimizing measures for open-country breeders (replacement habitats through adapted management for the skylark). The compensation for reduction measures is to be provided for the open-country breeder species skylark through measures of production-integrated compensation (PiK). Non-Disclosure Agreement / NDA

To protect the confidentiality of the contracting authority's information in the tender documents, a non-disclosure agreement is to be concluded. Bidders are permitted to submit signed NDAs to the contracting authority at any time during the application process. After a successful plausibility check, the contracting authority will grant the bidder access to the tender documents. From this, the bidder cannot yet conclude that the contracting authority certifies the bidder's suitability for further participation in the tendering procedure. In this regard, the contracting authority will, after the expiry of the application deadline, send separate invitations to submit tenders to the bidders admitted to the tendering procedure.
