France – Engineering services – Accord-cadre multi- attributaire à Marchés Subséquents de Maîtrise d'oeuvre pour le Renforcement structurel et reprise en sous oeuvre du patrimoine 13 Habitat (ayant des impacts au niveau de la structure)

Design services for structural reinforcement and underpinning of 13 Habitat heritage. The mission of the design services will be broken down into subsequent contracts. The missions that may be entrusted to the successful tenderer are, in particular, the following:

- Preliminary design (APS);

- Definitive design (APD);

- Project studies (PRO);

- Assistance in the award of construction contracts (AMT);

- Partial execution studies including VISA (partial EXE + VISA);

- Construction supervision (DET);

- Assistance with reception operations including O&M (AOR);

- Additional missions: Diagnosis (DIAG) + Scheduling, management and coordination (OPC) + Products, Equipment, Materials, Waste (PEMD)

The contracting authority reserves the right to add other additional missions on the occasion of the subsequent contracts without impacting the maximum amount of the framework agreement. If necessary, these missions will be defined and priced in a specific subsequent contract.
