The subject of the tender procedure is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement entitled „FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT – SECURING ACTIVITIES ON THE SSZ AND SHZ FACILITIES IN THE AREA OF THE LOGICAL UNIT MACHINE HALL AND LOGICAL UNIT OUTDOOR OBJECTS OF THE DUKOVANY NUCLEAR POWER PLANT‟, which is tendered in the form of a Negotiated Procedure with publication pursuant to § 161 ZZVZ. The subject of the individual Framework Contracts concluded on the basis of the Framework Agreement is the obligation of the Supplier, at its own expense and risk for the Contracting Authority, under the conditions set out in the Framework Agreement and in the Framework Contracts, to ensure that the Contracting Authority performs the required fixed complex activities and the volume of hours of performance within the scope of maintenance, repairs and checks: - of stable water deluge systems (SSZ), - of stable CO2 fire extinguishing systems (SHZ), - of stable aerosol system for DG1-12 (AHZ), - of stable deluge system for DG1-12 (RHZ), - of stable NOVEC 1230 fire extinguishing systems HU 01-11.
