Germany – Urban railway works – Stadtbahnprogramm Halle, Vorhaben 24 Hauptbahnhof, Verkehrs- und Tiefbau

Construction of a terminal in the form of a new tram layover track at Halle (S.) main station under the EÜ (railway line 6132), including the construction of a stop and the installation of a complex points system. The dead-end layover track will be integrated into the bridge field 2 (hereinafter also referred to as the passage) from the southern end of the railway overpass (EÜ) of the western track group of the DB and will be provided with a track end. For the branch, a set of points in the curve of the existing track to Ernst-Kamieth-Str. and a crossing construction in the form of a simple outer curve crossing point (EABKW) into the opposing track are to be installed. In addition, the EABKW requires a realignment of track No. 2 and thus the renewal of the crossing K4.16 and the existing points W4.16, also due to the requirement for their isolated design in connection with the control of the points complex. Furthermore, the upstream, approximately 4.20 m long track grid without substructure, including track covering, i.e. up to the beginning of the track change, will be renewed. In addition, as part of the measure, the track change before points W4.16n is to be dismantled, including the track-side closure of the resulting track gaps in track 1 and track 2 on the existing concrete support structure, as well as the restoration of the track covering made of concrete paving with granite inlay. For the storage of the layover track under the EÜ area, a reinforced concrete trough is to be installed. Analogous to the additions and changes to the track system, the overhead line system and the systems for points control will be adapted or supplemented. At the stop track, a new platform with the necessary tactile ground elements and communication and other equipment elements, including the civil engineering part of their supply lines, is to be constructed. Between the supports north of the new layover track (between field 2 and 3 of the EÜ) or behind the track end, railing sections are to be installed to protect pedestrians from the adjacent waiting or footpath area from entering the track area. In the continuation of this line in the direction of Riebeckplatz, a railing is also to be installed, into which a light mast of the light No. 502-1-5 displaced in this area is integrated. Additionally, the relocation of approximately one meter and the renewal of a street lighting fixture (No. 322-7-1) are part of this scope of services. For the railway power supply, communication systems, points heating, points control and rail lubrication systems, the civil engineering parts are to be created with predominantly using the empty pipes of the existing cable civil engineering systems. The cabling and supply connections of the communication systems, points heating, points control and rail lubrication systems are also part of this invitation to tender. Continuation under point 5.1.
