The Contracting Authority establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter DPS) in accordance with Article 316(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (hereinafter PPA) on the principles concerning contracts whose value is above the EU thresholds referred to in Article 3 of the PPA and this Notice (SWZ). The rules for restricted procedure shall apply to the award of contracts covered by the DPS, in accordance with Article 140 of the PPA, unless the provisions of Section 2 of Part IV of the PPA provide otherwise. The executive regulations to the PPA shall apply in the present procedure. The subject of the successive contracts to be awarded within the framework of the DPS shall be the supply of network accessories. The Contracting Authority intends to award 4 larger contracts and 8 smaller contracts during the duration of the dynamic purchasing system. The award of contracts shall depend on the needs of the Contracting Authority and the available funds, and therefore the number of contracts may change. The Contracting Authority estimates the total quantity of the ordered equipment as follows: Devices and optoelectronics – 500 units (including, among others: switches, media converters, 12V power supplies, SFP modules, etc.). Tools and measuring, as well as assembly equipment – 500 units (including, among others: LAN testers, label printers, meters, terminals for meters and testers, etc.). Cabling systems and passive infrastructure – 70,000 units (including, among others: patch cords, UTP cables, connectors, modules, adapters, couplers, passive elements, RACKs, etc.). Electrical materials and power supply – 7,500 units (including, among others: power strips, data sockets, plugs, power supplies, etc.). Chemistry, operating materials and accessories – 25,000 units (including, among others: lubricants, solder, tapes, straps, sleeves, calafonia, etc.). The Contracting Authority informs that the above-mentioned quantities are only estimated and may change at the stage of awarding the executive contracts (both reduction and increase). The Contracting Authority also allows for the possibility of changing the quantity of assortments also between the individual groups of assortments (both reduction and increase).
