The subject of the Framework Agreement for Landscape Construction & Maintenance is the creation, implementation and maintenance of landscape management measures (LBM measures) as well as further measures from the Impact Regulation, Species and Nature Conservation. This includes, among other things, temporary and long-term compensatory, protective and development measures as well as deterrent mowing work along trafficked railway tracks for nature conservation reasons. The basis for the services to be provided are official permits, planning approval decisions, requirements from nature conservation and species protection procedures as well as project-specific developed protection and maintenance concepts. The demand includes both short-term temporary measures to be implemented as well as long-term measures including creation, completion maintenance and multi-year development maintenance. The aim is the specialist and legally compliant implementation of the specified environmental and nature conservation requirements.
