Netherlands – Letting services of short-stay furnished accommodation – Tijdelijke opvangplekken voor Oekraïense ontheemden m.i.v. 4 maart 2027

Since March 2022, the municipality of Oekraïense has been accommodating Ukrainian refugees. This has been temporarily organised through accommodation in hotels and via room rentals. One of these contracts expires on 4 March 2027. Due to the extension of the Temporary Protection Directive, continuation (until at least 4 March 2028) is necessary. The present call is intended to give interested parties the opportunity to register for a tender that oversees the conclusion of a new contract. This concerns temporary accommodation for a total of 50 persons at present, to be divided over 30 single and 10 double rooms. The required rooms must be offered at a single location. Since the demand for rooms may change over time, the contractor cannot derive any rights from this for the total possible duration of the contract. The municipality has the right to scale up or down the number of rooms unilaterally every two months after an initial fixed period of 3 months. The framework agreement at start concerns temporary accommodation for a total of 50 persons at present, to be divided over 30 single rooms and 10 double rooms. The required rooms must be offered at a single location. The demand for accommodation may change. Therefore, the municipality reserves the right to scale up or down the number of rooms unilaterally (from 4 June 2027) every two months.
