Contract Notice "Procurement of Laboratory Supplies – Establishment of DBR System" Description of the Selected Procedure: According to the Second Part of the Kbt, the procurement procedure for the establishment of a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter DBR) shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the procurement procedure for the establishment of a dynamic procurement system (Kbt. 106-107. §). According to Kbt. 107. § (1)-(2), the Inviting Party shall apply the rules of the invitation phase of the restricted procedure for the inclusion in the dynamic procurement system, the rules of the tender phase of the restricted procedure for the implementation of the procurement in the dynamic procurement system, with the deviations applicable to the dynamic procurement system. Contract Notice "Procurement of Laboratory Supplies" Description of the Procurement Subject: The Inviting Party describes the product categories and their characteristics for which it intends to establish a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter DBR) for the procurement of laboratory supplies as follows: 1. Laboratory supplies for cell culture, freezing, liquid handling, filtration 2. Laboratory products made of glass 3. Other laboratory consumables Under the above product categories, the Inviting Party understands the category according to Kbt. 106. § (4). The Inviting Party, without prior knowledge of the specific procurement needs, can provide information based on the experience of the previous DBR procedure that the expected quantity of the categories is approximately the same, the specific procurement needs expected quantity, value moves in a wide range within the 300 million HUF procurement framework. The most essential contractual terms of the Inviting Party for the individual tender phases are: - The itemised countervalue of the goods: The bid price must include all costs of fulfilling the contractual obligations, as well as, if applicable, the taxes, duties, fees necessary for domestic release, excluding those that any legal provision obligatorily imposes on the Inviting Party. The price may not contain any condition linked to exchange rate changes or other circumstances, it is a fixed amount expressed in Hungarian Forint (HUF). - Advance payment: the buyer does not pay an advance - Place of performance: HUN-REN SZBK 6726 Szeged, Temesvári krt. 62. - The performance deadline: Typically 30 days, from which the Inviting Party may deviate based on knowledge of the specific procurement needs. - The tenderer is obliged to offer new/unused products suitable for intended use to the Inviting Party in the tender phase. The estimated value of the procurements involved in the DBR, i.e. the estimated quantity of the DBR, is planned to be net 300 million HUF for the entire 18-month duration of the DBR. The estimated quantity/value determined in the DBR is of an informative nature, determined based on the experiences of previous years, from which the Inviting Party may deviate according to Kbt. 107. § (2) during the DBR period, adapting to its specific procurement needs.
