This consultation aims to conclude a participation agreement, as defined in Article 1 of Decree No. 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011, and to enable the staff of the Marne Territorial Public Service Centre and the local authorities and public institutions within the geographical area of the Marne Territorial Public Service Centre to benefit from financial assistance for supplementary health expense cover, as of 1 January 2027. The Marne Territorial Public Service Centre acts in accordance with the provisions of Article L827-7 of the General Code of the Public Service. The local authorities and public institutions within the geographical area of the Marne Territorial Public Service Centre are collectively referred to as "the public employers" in all the documents of the consultation.
