France – Buses and coaches – Acquisition d'autobus standards 12m à motorisation diesel destiné à la Communauté d'Agglomération du Centre Littoral de Guyane

The framework agreement concerns the acquisition of new 12m standard diesel buses for passenger transport. It is intended for the Communauté d'Agglomération du Centre Littoral de Guyane. The "Goods" in the present framework agreement refer to the new vehicles as specified in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières et Financières (CCTPF) of the framework agreement. They are intended for the Communauté d'Agglomération du Centre Littoral de Guyane in its capacity as a contracting authority as defined in Article L1212-3 4° of the Code de la Commande Publique (CCP).
