France – Agency fuel cards – Fourniture de carburants, d'électricité et de services annexes pour les véhicules de Sarthe habitat

The consultation concerns the supply of fuels, electricity and ancillary services for Sarthe habitat vehicles, including a unique fuel card system and a centralised consumption management tool. Variants to the subject of the contract are not allowed. The contract is awarded at unit prices. The procedure implemented in the context of this consultation is as follows: Open Procedure in accordance with Articles L2124-2, R2124-2 1° and R2161-1 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The services will be the subject of a single-operator framework agreement, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount awarded in accordance with Articles L.2125-1.1°, R 2152-1 to R 2162-6, R 2162-13 and R 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount for the entire duration of the contract is 350 000 euro(s) excl. VAT.
