Germany – Engineering services – Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung für die Errichtung und den Betrieb einer Abfallbehandlungsanlage (Biomassezentrum) von biologischen Abfällen am Standort Hennickendorf

Planning of a functional biowaste fermentation and composting plant for biological waste, including the associated plant technology, the capture and treatment of exhaust air, other ancillary works such as media supply and disposal, access logistics utilising the existing traffic areas and the infrastructure of the site, according to the state of the art. This planning essentially relates to the performance phases of design and approval planning (LPH 03-04), based on the HOAI 2021. The project also includes the planning of the media connections required for all configurations for water (including firewater), wastewater, rainwater and surface water, as well as the connection of the electrical supply and IT. All applicable laws, regulations, technical rules, directives (such as those of the employers' liability insurance associations and occupational safety), guidelines, DIN EN standards, valid wastewater by-laws and recommendations of the relevant associations must be complied with or taken into account. The further development of the previous status of the preliminary investigation and preliminary planning (LPH 01-02) through the design planning (LPH 03) to the approval readiness in the sense of the building law requirements is to be carried out (LPH 04). The results achieved serve as the basis for the execution planning of a general contractor. This includes the services of the scope of services § 43 civil engineering structures (object planning) as well as those of the specialist planning for the technical equipment (§ 55) and the load-bearing structure (§ 51) in conjunction with the associated systems (HOAI). Furthermore, the services for site clearance/demolition (AHO booklet No. 18) and fire protection (AHO booklet No. 17) are to be taken into account. The AN takes on the role of a general planner. He is responsible for the overall coordination of all planning trades (specialist planning) as well as for the timely and quality-assured preparation of the complete and approval-ready documents. For details of the service provision, reference is made to the service description. Optionally, partial services of LPH 06 and 07 are to be provided by the AN to prepare for a tender for the general contractor services for construction and plant and process engineering. This service is subject to the unilateral optional commissioning by the AG. This means that the AG reserves the right, after receiving the permit, to exercise the option, i.e. a commissioning only comes about through a separate unilateral declaration of intent by the AG and is not automatically part of the contractually owed services from the main contract. The commissioning of the service is subject to the approval of the AG's committees.
