- nine (9) horizontal-axis F-35 tanks of 100 m3;

- a compartmented recovery/rebut/purge tank of 25 m3;

- a protected area to accommodate four (4) 20-foot (F-44) containers;

- a pump house allowing for the exploitation of stored hydrocarbons, the loading and unloading of trucks.

The construction permit will be the responsibility of the contractor. The following will also be constructed:

- a loading and unloading facility;

- a protected area comprising four (4) parking spaces for full tanker trucks;

- an administrative building for eleven (11) people;

- a 4-space car parking area;

- a maintenance workshop;

- a parking area for empty tanker trucks with two spaces;

- a washing area with a water recycling system;

- a building for the storage of IPDE and field equipment;

- as well as a 120 m3 containment capacity.

The sizing of the rainwater treatment facilities will be validated through a study at the contractor's expense. Focus on civil engineering needs:

- construction of a circulation lane for heavy vehicles within the depot;

- construction of water networks (AEP – Potable Water Supply, EU – Wastewater, EP – Rainwater) and connection to the airbase networks;

- construction of rainwater treatment facilities such as swales, infiltration ditches, suction pits and installation of a rainwater collection capacity that can supply the washing area described above;

- construction of a washing area with an associated water treatment system;

- construction of an electrical room and possible installation of a generator set in an adjacent room;

- connection to the local electrical network and creation of the LV network within the future site;

- construction of a single-story administrative building that can accommodate eleven (11) people;

- construction of a building for the storage of IPDE and field equipment;

- dismantling, transfer, reassembly and expansion of the existing workshop;

- installation and filling of a flexible fire reserve;

- replacement of the existing fence and installation of fences around the water storage facilities;

- installation of two gates, one of which is motorised;

- construction of technical rooms.
