The subject of the public contract is the delivery of subscriptions and the provision of technical support for equipment manufactured by Cisco, with all required products and the duration of support provision specified in Annex No. 2 of the Tender Documentation - Price List. Further specifications of the subject of the public contract are given in the draft contract, which forms Annex No. 1 of the Tender Documentation. Given that the contracting authority has hardware (HW) and software (SW) resources (licenses with support for HW resources) from the manufacturer Cisco, and considering that the SW resources will expire in the future and the HW resources cannot be used further without them, and transitioning to other HW and SW resources would incur disproportionately high costs for the contracting authority, the contracting authority considers it justified in this case for the subject of the public contract to refer to a specific product, i.e., to the SW resources - license/subscription and support for the specific manufacturer whose procurement is the subject of this public contract. The contracting authority has not divided the public contract into parts, as the subject of the public contract forms a single functional unit and is tendered in a time-related context.
