The concession aims to adapt and operate by executing the works included in the Basic Project submitted by the successful bidder for the provision of services for the management of mooring for sports and leisure boats, management of the Captaincy building, supply of water and electricity, reception of waste and other complementary services as defined in the Tender Documents.
