Materials intended to ensure the safety of agents intervening on the network on all branchings, overhead and underground low-voltage (LV) and high-voltage A (HVA) networks and HVA/HVB substations and generator sets. They ensure the absence of effective voltage before grounding and short-circuiting. The needs relate to the supply of: — resistive LV voltage detectors and their accessories (set of aerial antennas and set of underground antennas); — crocodile clips; — capacitive HVA and HVB voltage detectors (adapted to Nevers-type poles); — rotating field indicators LV and its accessories; — HVA voltage state controllers; — HVA phase sequence apparatus. EDF SEI may, if it wishes and at its first request, benefit from the commercial conditions of the contract(s) awarded by Enedis for its needs, via a third-party stipulation clause inserted in the contract(s).
