ProRail requires a service that provides for the preparation, execution, and maintenance of custom total solutions in the field of vehicle modifications, specifically for the emergency response vehicles of Incident Management (ICB). The objective of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one party regarding the modification of Incident Management emergency response vehicles. The framework agreement has a fixed term of four (4) years with four (4) options to extend by one (1) year each. The maximum term is therefore eight (8) years. The total maximum value of this contract is set at an initial value of €7,048,500,-, excluding €736,116,- for contingencies and excluding indexing, price level 2026. No rights can be derived from this quantity tender and there is no obligation to purchase. This amount serves as a ceiling, with no obligation to actual purchase.
