France – Repair and maintenance services of escalators – MAINTENANCE PREVENTIVE ET CORRECTIVE DE 108 ESCALIERS MECANIQUES DE MARQUE OTIS 513 NPE ET DE 16 TROTTOIRS ROULANTS DE MARQUE KONE, THYSSEN ET OTIS

This consultation concerns the preventive and corrective maintenance of OTIS 513 NPE escalators and 16 moving walkways (OTIS, KONE, THYSSEN) in service on the RATP network. The Contractor undertakes to monitor, maintain, service, repair and ensure the regular operation of the equipment in accordance with safety regulations. It provides all the services necessary to accomplish its main maintenance mission for the equipment, namely: - Preventive and corrective maintenance - Supply and replacement of parts - Compliance with regulatory requirements; - Technical reporting and follow-up; The quality of the services conditions the modulation of the remuneration according to the assessment of the results. RATP reserves the right to internalise the maintenance of some or all of the moving walkways for the duration of the contract. This consultation will result in a framework agreement with purchase orders for a period of 24 months, renewable tacitly once for a period of 24 months, i.e. a maximum duration of 48 months (24 months + 24 months), from the date of the first Order for Delivery or Service (OLS) issued by RATP. The detailed description of all the services to be carried out is given in the Technical Specifications Book (CCTP) of this Contract. The conditions for carrying out all the services to be carried out are described in the Book of Particular Conditions of Execution (CCPR) of this Contract. This contract includes a requirement for results, taking into account the constraints and requirements of RATP, the Contractor must permanently adapt its services according to the evolution of the needs, traffic, constraints and structures of RATP.
