The town of Hörstel intends to award the design services for the building and interiors of the St.-Ludgerus sports hall in Hörstel, Ibbenbürener Str. 17. The award of the planning services will be made in accordance with Section 3 of the HOAI 2021, including demolition planning and accessibility concept in accordance with AHO Heft 40. The renovation of the sports hall includes the fundamental change of the heating system and the entire heating concept. Furthermore, the complete envelope of the building must be insulated. This will be done partly as a curtain facade, partly as an external thermal insulation composite system. The sports hall is to be rebuilt as an assembly hall in terms of fire protection.
