Design and tender competition for a sketch. The Léo Lagrange nursery school is the target of an operation to extend its premises in order to ultimately guarantee the necessary reception capacity for the school district corresponding to the Empalot district, which has already benefited from the opening of the Marie Marvingt school group. This need for expansion provides an opportunity to schedule the renovation work required to meet the objectives set by the Tertiary Decree, which is synonymous with improving the thermal comfort of the existing building. All of these works will include, in particular, the creation of cool islands in accordance with the applicable standard programme, namely the refectory, the two multi-purpose rooms and the dormitories. Thus, the works will cover: - the construction of an extension attached to the existing buildings in order to create 5 classrooms and a new refectory; - the renovation of the existing buildings in order to improve the comfort of the users: insulation, external joinery, technical equipment, finishing materials; - the requalification of the existing playground according to the principle of "Oasis playgrounds". The maximum amount of the estimated financial envelope allocated to the works is set at 4,000,000.00 euros excl. VAT (July 2026 value) excluding furniture. The project must comply with the current environmental regulations: - Renovation part of approximately 1010 m²: RT existing per element, - Extension part of 1020 m²: RE2020. Tasks entrusted: - Basic tasks: ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR - Additional tasks: SSI, STD, PARTIAL EXE.
