Netherlands – Building alteration work – 2026-PH-001 Verbouwing Provinciehuis - Begane Grond, Statenzaal, bestuursvleugel en Representatieve Ruimten

The Province intends to publish a European tender for the comprehensive renovation of the ground floor of the Provincial House, including the Chamber of Deputies, ground-floor meeting centres, the workplaces of the Clerk of the Chamber of Deputies, the administrative wing, and various representative spaces. The Province of Flevoland aims to start the tendering procedure by the end of March 2026. Relatively soon after the announcement, the Province will organise a kick-off meeting at the Provincial House in Lelystad. The purpose of this meeting is to inform (potentially) interested market parties and to give them a first impression of the project and the tendering procedure to be followed. Participation in the kick-off meeting is entirely voluntary; registration for participation in the kick-off meeting can be done via the message box on Tenderned after the announcement. The renovation aims to future-proof the ground floor, in line with the public and administrative function of the Provincial House. The assignment includes, among other things: • Reorganisation and modernisation of the Chamber of Deputies and meeting facilities; • Renovation of catering facilities incl. creation of a new work café; • Renewal of the working environment of the Clerk of the Chamber of Deputies; • Optimisation of the administrative wing; • Improvement of representative and reception areas; • Structural, technical installation and interior architectural works.
